Strawberry & Blueberry Smoothie - Easy to make!

Hi girls! I've been loving smoothies lately - especially a nice cold smoothie with strawberries and blueberries. This smoothie is filled with C- and A-vitamin.
It takes 5 min. to make and tastes heavenly.

The reason I started making smoothies is because I didn't really think I got enough fruit and every time I want to snack on something or drink some soda, I just take my healthy smoothie out and replace it with the bad cravings. It makes my 'little need' for sugar go away since the smoothie tastes so sweet. If I'm hungry it also helps just drinking a smoothie since it's filled with vitamins and think about it... You actually eat lots of fruits, just by drinking that one smoothie that tastes amazing.

 Recipe (for 2 glasses):
1/2 Cup of blueberry youghurt
1/2 Cup of orange juice
1 Banana
1 Apple
1 Orange
9 Strawberries
15 Blueberries

Now blend it all together for about 5-8 min. depending on how thick/thin you want your smoothie to be. I like mine between thin and thick, but not so thin it's like water, if you know what I mean.
Now enjoy your lovely smoothie!

TIP: If you know you wanna do smoothies almost everyday I recommend cutting some fruit out and lay it in your freezer - that way it's easier for you to do your smoothie and your fruit will last way longer! But fresh fruit will always be the best.

PROTEIN BARS AND FEMINA MAGAZINE

Hi ladies, todays post will be about a bar called Maxim After Training Bar 'high in protein' and the danish bar 'Free Lækkerbar' that I've seen around at the local drug stores and I've heard a lot positive things about them, so why not tell you about it.

So I've now been training continuously for a month! YES I am proud of myself cause I never thought I would still be motivated after a month, it's always kind of hard for me to stay motivated about a thing for long, I kind of feel like I'm never getting there... A year ago I tried started training but I only did for 3 weeks and I gave up. BUT not this time! I really want to become the best side of myself, I want to see the best of me and show it to the world haha :) I just want to be the good looking one on the beach this summer! I can't wait to do an after and before picture to summer :)

With that said let's jump in. Both bars are very good but I do have a favorite. The danish bar 'Free Lækkerbar' is absolutely the one I prefer. I really like it and it taste good. You can defiantly taste it's dark chocolate they use in the protein bars, which is of course the healthiest! But I do think it's too strong in the Maxim bar and I had a little hard time getting through that one. But I ate it anyway because of the protein. The 'Free Lækkerbar' tasted just like any other great protein bar with chocolate, even though it was a bit stronger.

I prefer eating a bar after working out, I just feel that's the best way. In the Maxim bar there's 10 g. protein and 131 kcal, and in the 'Free Lækkerbar' there's 13 g. and 124 kcal. So the 'Free Lækkerbar' is defiantly best with most protein and less calories and it's cheaper than the Maxim one.

The 'Free Lækkerbar' is the winner!

After I've ate my bar and gotten out of the shower after training I enjoy reading a good magazine.

Femina Magazine I really enjoy reading! It's a danish magazine and I love fashion, and in Femina they write a lot about fashion and shows a lot of good pics, so if you're a Dane and haven't tried reading FEMINA try it out!

Have a good weekend!

Motivation For Getting Started // Fitness - Training - Working Out

Having a hard time starting exercising? Well this is my sign to you, that you should start training right now!
It will chance your world - literally. You'll start feeling better, feeling good about your body and your mood suddenly gets waaaay better, you'll have more energy (especially if you're in high school and sit down all the day) basically you'll start feeling better about everything and the most important thing is that you'll start feeling better about yourself!

Remember it's not about doing it for anyone else but for you!

If you need motivation here's some pictures below for you to get started and motivated!

Suffer the pain of discipline or suffer the pain of regret
That feel when you take off your clothes
Want a butt like theirs ? Squats is the answer girl
You are what you eat, so don't be fast, easy, cheap or fake
Mainly do it for yourself! BUT this hopefully motivates you even more by proving the ones wrong who didn't believe in you.
Ryan Gosling - Hey girl keep squatting
 Harder Better Faster Stronger
 Wise words !
 Remember why you started!

Don't stop because you don't see any difference, but keep on going because of the feeling and the difference is right around the corner
This a so true, you really need to control your mind and switch it to "I can do this". If you believe in yourself and concentrate about training, you'll be able to reach levels of pain you couldn't before.
Anger is sometimes a good thing to have if your training example boxing, that will make you sometimes go any further and you'll find a strength of release and feel better after your workout. - because you came out with your anger
YES! This says so much even though it's a such a short quote. Instead of "finding yourself" you can "create yourself" by working out and eating healthy - just taking good care of your body.

That girls' face expression says it all! You can tell she's hungry after success and not giving up EVER! Big inspiration !
Great motivation if you need to show of how shredded you'd become, so that stupid ex can see what he's missing out on!
Imagine that body while training! And you'll go further than normal - trust me
 Just do it ;)

Have patience and you'll start seeing results :)
It better be a good one :)

No excuses! get up and going you're already one step ahead the ones sitting on the sofa.
 Train mean!
Hope you feel a little motivated or hopefully a lot!

Being fit is a satisfying feeling and I'm fighting as often as I can to become fit and have that dream body! I can slowly feel working out is becoming an addiction to me, it fills a void and I feel great :) I feel stronger for every day!

It has always been a dream of mine to start working out and now that I'm doing it I don't ever want to stop, it makes me feel good inside and out.

I can only recommend starting if you haven't already done it!
If you're already training - I have big respect for you and keep doing what you're doing :)
